I have been trying to unlock my phone so I can swap carriers, this has been a 1+ month process, and have gotten nowhere and now have 2 bricks I paid 1000+ for. I have been given false ticket numbers for my phone to be unlocked. I have been transferred multiple times with no resolution in sight, 3 separate employees have told me that my phones will be unlocked so I can swap carriers, and now this is starting to cost me money as I pay for 2 services I cannot use. I need assistance, this is costing me money, and this is harming my work which is based primarily on my phone, I do not understand how a company that runs like this hasn't been sued into bankruptcy.
