Elite upgrade order cancellation

I was going to do an elite upgrade to swap out my current device for another device. Xfinity was literally taken too long to ship my device so I decided to cancel the order. Now my elite upgrade status is now forcing me to pay my device in full in order to upgrade again when it wasn't like that before I place my order. My order has been canceled since November the 10th and I still don't have my full upgrade status available again. If my order was canceled before it was shipped my full upgrade status should return back to normal as well. 

I've been with Xfinity mobile for 8 years and this is pissing me off every time I turn around there's some kind of stupid issue this should not be if you canceled your order you should not lose your full upgrades status what's the point of having an elite upgrade
