Thank you for your time today, @user_s5zrip To stop receiving someone else's emails on your Apple Mail app or Mailbird, you need to check your email account settings and ensure that only your email address is configured on each device; if you're accidentally accessing a shared account, remove it, and if necessary, create a filter to block specific senders within your email client settings.-Richard

Yes, I have checked multiple times and her email is not set up on any of my devices which leads me think it is happening on the xfinity side of things but I cannot find any setting that links our two accounts together or forwards her emails to mine. I cannot set up a block in my email as we both receive emails from some of the same senders.

That is what it appears like but here is nothing indicating they were forwarded.
