Escalation about Device credit

Hello, I had traded in my Iphone 12 pro max in Jan 2025 and purchased Iphone 16 plus. As part of that I was supposed to receive $25/month device credits. 

9 months later I'm still not getting it. Every time I have to call customer support and ask them to raise a request.

One it was escalated to a manager and they gave me 6 months credits at once. Since then no other credits have been provided and I keep calling them every month.

Who is the right person who should be looking at this? This is pretty frustrating.
