eSIM Failure

My iphone is saying “eSIM failure” and is stuck in SOS. XMobile website says you can download a new eSIM from the website or the app, but that is not an available option in either place. Using the help function on the website just brings me back to the same unhelpful instructions. My cellular data doesn’t work. How do I get a new eSIM???
