Existing Xfinity Mobile escalation – unresolved device delivery
An escalation has already been opened (ECM0025787590), and I have the complete chat transcript documenting the issue and can provide it upon request.
I need assistance with an unresolved Xfinity Mobile device delivery issue. I have already paid the required down payment, and an escalation ticket has been opened. My most recent support chat was ended by the representative without notice while I was still waiting for answers.
Xfinity is requiring someone to be at my residence to sign for the delivery but cannot provide a delivery window. I was also told that the shipment cannot be held at a FedEx location, redirected for secure pickup, or transferred to an Xfinity store.
I reviewed both the Xfinity policies provided to me and FedEx’s published delivery and signature policies. FedEx offers different options depending on the service and restrictions selected by the shipper. I have not found a general FedEx policy stating that a phone shipment can never be held for secure pickup.
I am not asking to bypass the signature or security requirement. I am asking Xfinity to identify the specific FedEx service or shipper restriction applied to my shipment that prevents Hold at Location or another secure delivery option, and to provide a workable way for me to receive the device I already paid for.
Please review my existing escalation and previous chat transcript rather than requiring me to start this process over again.

I will be more than happy to help with your request. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
