FedEx return label not working

I recently purchased the iPhone 17 pro from Xfinity mobile. I need to send in my old device as part of the trade in process, however the FedEx return label link sent to me loads a blank screen. 

I’ve seen others have this issue on the forum and they were told to direct message Xfinity but I’m seeing from some posts that a DM will be ignored.  Please advise

Hello? Can ANYBODY help me with this? I’ve gone every route of Xfinity support and nobody’s been able to help. If I’m actively trying to to trade my old phone in, and if I don’t I’ll be on the hook for hundreds of dollars

Log in to the xfinity mobile website (not the app). Click on "devices" at the top, then click on your new phone. It should have the tracking label that you can print from there.
