FRAUD

They reported my other complaint as inflammatory. Because I accused this [Edited: "Inflammatory"] company of fraudulent billing. After the billionth time of filing claims for the shipping that never happened. They have denied my claim once again. Even though FedEx still says after 11 months that my device is on one of their trucks out for delivery. Their legal department does not answer. I do not know how this issue hasn’t resulted in a class action lawsuit. I have provided proof. I have spoke to over 20 reps who have looked at my account after asking [Edited: "Inflammatory"] questions [Edited: "Inflammatory"] that I’m not getting charged for 2 devices when I only received 1!!! But my statement is inflammatory?
