Free iPhone

We ported our 2 Verizon lines to Xfinity on 9/16/2025 while on a Chat for another matter.  The rep was helpful, but made no mention that we could qualify for new free iPhones if we went with the Premium Unlimited Plan. THE NEXT DAY we noticed the promotional email about getting the free phone for both new customers and current customers who upgrade.  In working with several reps on Chat and a rep in the local Xfinity store, we have been told we are not eligible because we activated the new phone lines when we ported on the regular Unlimited program, and we do not qualify if we upgrade because we have to wait 60 days when the promo is long expired.  Frankly, this is ridiculous especially considering that the chat rep never made us aware of the promo.  We are a Gold customer and have full Xfinity service at both of our residences totaling almost $400 a month.  I am asking that someone get involved in this issue and arrange that we can get the promotional phone deal.  Looking forward to someone's positive response to this request.
