Help! I need shipping labels
To begin with, it’s honestly maddening how difficult it is just to get “shipping labels”. This is my first time with Xfinity, and I’m in awe of how things have been going, not in a good way of course.
I ordered a new phone online on April 10 and got it on April 17, but it was acting weird so I requested an exchange the same day and got the replacement on April 22. I also did a trade-in as part of the purchase. The issue is that as I was getting the malfunctioning new phone and my trade-in ready for shipping on the 22nd (only two days ago), I saw that the links I was emailed didn’t work. Also, on the day I ordered the replacement phone (April 17), I got an email saying Xfinity needs to receive the return within 20 days, and that I should send it back within 7 days of that email - meaning I had two days to return because I received my replacement on April 22 - so I sprinted into action immediately after I got my replacement phone 2 days ago, BUT no one knows how to resend the links or help me in this issue. I’ve called, online-chatted, gone to the store, tried UPS and FedEx and one can give me working labels.
I just need two shipping labels - one for the return and one for the trade-in ASAP! I can’t be charged $1600 for delays caused by them not me😭

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
