We can help, however, I'd like to inform you that Xfinity Mobile will no longer support some iPhone 6 or iPhone 6s devices as of November 30, 2024. On that date these devices may lose functionality, including not being able to send/receive calls or use mobile data.
Xfinity Mobile customers who have an impacted iPhone 6 device will need to replace it.
