user_6nnl32 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the stolen phone. Typically, stolen phones are reported to our Xfinity Mobile Care and Assurant. Did you file a claim with Xfinity Mobile Care already?
@XfinityDilary After two tries I found an agent who gave me the telephone number of the fraud dept. That agent then provided an email address where I could send photos of the police report.
