I am leaving Xfinity-Retention Department

My phone will not make or receive calls. I can't even call 911. My account is current and payment up-to-date for my mobile service. I have freed up storage as well. Tell me the easiest way to switch providers please or someone reach out to me. I can never talk to a real customer service representative, ever. Which is also why I'm leaving.

Thanks for reaching out to us @user_kjsc25! I know I personally rely on my cellphone to work during an emergency and family members rely on my cellphone if they need to contact me during an emergency. I know just how important this is!

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name, full address, the phone number affected, and the IMEI of the device the phone number is linked to? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
