I am trying to take advantage of adding a watch and upgrading my phone, but am told my credit is frozen, it is not

I tried going into a nearby store to add a new Apple watch and upgrade my phone, and they told me again, that my credit is frozen. I checked all 3 credit agencies and my account is NOT frozen with any of them. How do I get this resolved?
