I can't get a deal on a new phone either.

I too can't upgrade my phone either. I have been with Xfinity mobile for 2 years.. my Motorola moto g play is paid off. I wanted to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy s26+ but I was told i can't. I was told I would have to pay the full price of $1099. Really, is this how Xfinity treats is loyal paying customer?.. what's wrong with Xfinity... Shame on you for treating your customers poorly.
