I have misplaced my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra..

You think I would be better prepared or learn from past mistakes, but I obviously haven't. Recently I have misplaced phone and now it is dead. When I call it it goes straight to voicemail. I tried logging into my google account and to no avail cannot get around not being able to remember the password. Don't want to lock myself out of my google. Long story short. It has been almost 24 hours and I still cannot find my phone. I've exhausted every other avenue and all I am trying to do is get my phones last location and I can't even do that! I'm at my wits end and was hoping that I could maybe track the last known location of My Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra through Xfinity! Seeing as how Xfinity is my provider for internet and mobile. Any help would be great! So is tracking a phone or getting a location of a missing phone doable through xfinity?? I'm wanting to find it before a stranger does if it's found before I get to it.

@user_cxulu2 You can track and locate your Galaxy S25 right now by logging into the SmartThings Find Service or Google Find My Device using another phone or computer.

How to Find Your Phone
  • Ring the device: Select your Galaxy S25 on the tracking map and choose Ring to make it sound at maximum volume for a minute, even if it is set to silent.
  • View location: Check the live map for the current GPS position. If it is offline, you will see its last recorded location.
  • Secure the phone: Turn on Lost Mode (or Secure Device) to lock the screen, display a custom recovery message with a contact number, and suspend payment services.
If the Phone is Powered Off
  • Offline Finding: If you previously enabled offline tracking in your settings, nearby Galaxy devices can securely relay your S25's location to the network even when the phone is turned off.

user_cxulu2, I'm sorry to hear you lost your device. Have you had a chance to try the steps listed by @DreamSayerZ? In the meantime, you can read about how to suspend your line or file a claim if you are certain it's been lost by visiting this link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/lost-or-stolen-phone

What a relief that must have been, @user_cxulu2! Thanks for circling back to let us know you found it. At least now you have some tips from @DreamSayerZ that you can always circle back to if you ever happen to misplace it in the future. 👍
