i have not had voicemail for 5 months now.

i have not had voicemail for 5 months now. been to help at least 20 times they always say a ticket has been created and to wait 24 hours and it will be fixed. this has been going on since march of 2024. Why can't someone fix my vm. I have sat next to co worker and watched and listened to her leave me a vm. I access my vm and it it says no messages. My gr kids have left messages and other friends also. no messages are coming through. I sat on chat today for 75 minutes with no fix again. I am not happy! Is there anyonr who actually knows how to fix a problem instead of giving me a canned comment of "a ticket has been made"

Are you having issues with our Xfinity Voice landline phone service or our Xfinity Mobile voicemail service? Are you able to access your voicemails online within our Xfinity Connect portal or do you receive an error code/message? Are you also able to successfully access your voicemail, but always shows as empty?

I have no voicemail on my mobile phone. It worked fine until March of 2024. Then it stopped. I have spent over 20 hours on line or on the phone with representatives, each time being told it will be up and running within 24 hours. It is now october and still no voicemail. I need voicemail to access work passcodes. I have been having my neighbor receive the messages and then calling me with the access codes. This is becoming very bothersome. I pay for mobile service that is to include voicemail. I sure would like to get ALL the services I pay for. I have stopped caaling or messaging with anyone as it is quite obvious that there is nobody who knows how to fix this. One this phone is paid off, I will need to change carriers. I cannot espect a neighbor to be avaiable whenever a passcode is needed. This is very poor customer service. Just yesterday I sat with 2 grandkids and listened and watched as they left me voicemails. The vm never show up. All it says is no voicemail whether I use *86 or call from another phone and enter my number or use 1 on the keypad.

I absolutely understand the importance of having your voicemail work, and I am truly sorry that this issue has been ongoing for so long. To better troubleshoot this with you, please send us a Direct Message. Here are the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
