Alternatively, you can visit a local Xfinity Store with proper Government ID for verification. user_9aqyf0 - Hello! I want to share how to get Your PIN using the Xfinity App
If you have the Xfinity app handy, this is often the fastest option:
Sign in to the Xfinity app using the primary or manager’s Xfinity ID and password. Tap the Services tab. Under Mobile, select Mobile lines and data usage. Choose the mobile number you want to transfer to another provider. Scroll down and tap Transfer this number. Select Get Started. Send a one-time passcode (OTP) to that mobile line. Enter the OTP, then tap Confirm Code. Select the phone number from the drop-down menu to receive your security PIN by text. Tap Send My PIN to this number.
Helpful to know:
The same security PIN works for any number on your Xfinity Mobile account. The PIN expires after 24 hours. If it expires before you use it, you can simply repeat these steps to request a new one.
Additioanlly, you can get your PIN Online If you prefer using a computer or mobile browser, you can also request your PIN online:
Sign in to your Xfinity Mobile account using the primary or manager’s Xfinity ID. Go to the Devices tab. Select the device associated with the number you want to transfer. Scroll to Transfer your number, cancel this line and select Learn More. Click Get Started. Send a one-time passcode (OTP) to that mobile line. Enter the OTP and select Confirm Code. Choose the number from the drop-down list to receive your security PIN by text. Select Send My PIN to this number.
Remember:
This PIN can be used for all numbers on your account. It’s valid for 24 hours, and you can request a new one anytime if needed.
