I can help submit a change of ownership request, this is what is needed to change the name on the account: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-ownership-change

To update your saved payment method, there is the great self-help option of being able to change that either through the Xfinity App or logging into your account online: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/my-account-app-manage-stored-payments
