I have to icons on my screen that won't delete. 1 is a gray Xfinity stream and the other is a white and blue Xfinity icon. They just appeared there one day. Is my phone hacked?

@user_5mr6jd What phone do you have and did you purchase it from Xfinity Mobile? Your phone hasn't been hacked. Those are likely pre-loaded apps Xfinity Mobile put on your phone.
