Identify verification capture attempts have been exhausted

I am having an issue with verifying my identy with the email and link they sent me when I ordered a new phone. I tried taking pictures of my ID as it requested but was met with constant error messages and then eventually a message saying ive exhausted all attempts. Please help.

@user_vlg3q8 Thanks for adding a post to the community. The only verifications we do over the forum, is with the personal info that belongs to the account, and receiving a security code to confirm we're speaking with the account owner. Do you have a way to visit a local store to provide the identification documents in person?

Thanks for answering but its been resolved. I went to a store and they had no idea how to verify my identity for the order so they just canceled it completely and I redid it and this time the verification went through.
