I’m still waiting for my money that was taken out of my account

So I can see that this has happened to other people there was no balance that I owed so I’m still wondering why I haven’t received my money back

I have my receipt as to my last bill I know you can check also  Everything was paid up to date when I change my service So to me everone is saying the same thing please check my last day of service date

We cannot see or access your account information from the public side of our Community Forums. For clarity, was it a full disconnect on your account? If service was fully disconnected recently, a refund would be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.

Yes fully disconnected and never received money back my account was closed but money was taken out 3 months later

Well good luck with that. Mine happened quite recently. I had a past due of $52.00 and a payment arrangement for June19th. I  paid it around the 15th. So that was gone. When I checked my bank account they had taken $132.00 from my account. For what?? When i talked to a CSR I was assured it would be reversed and my money put back i  my account.  Never happened.  So paying my overdue off and my current bill not even due yet where did they come up with $132.00. Oh but here is the best part of their thievery.  I DO NOT HAVE AUTO PAY and for this very reason. Guess an Attorney next of small claims IDK but I am furious.
