I'm trying to get an unlock code but the email had N/A instead of the code.

I have a fully paid-off phone from a previous Xfinity Mobile account. I requested an unlock, but the confirmation email I received shows 'N/A' for the unlock code. I need an official employee to help retrieve the correct code from the manufacturer database.

@user_h8bh9o Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! I understand how frustrating it can be to try to unlock a phone. Can you confirm if your device meets the following unlock requirements for me, as well as the type of device you are trying to unlock?

Here are other unlock rules:

  • Your phone must be activated for at least 60 days.
  • The phone must be paid in full.
  • Your Xfinity Mobile account cannot have a past-due balance.
  • Your phone cannot be reported lost, stolen, or involved in fraudulent activity.
