iPhone 17 pro max stolen in transit and it’s been a month no replacement

I’ve ordered an iPhone 17 pro max early march, it was supposed to be delivered to me march 19th. On march 19th my wife recieved a box from FedEx which was supposed to be the phone. I get home opened the box just to see that it was nothing in it but packaging trash. Immediately I reach out to FedEx and filed a report with them about the missing item, FedEx notified me that it was an issue where over 60 phones have been stolen in a month. Next I call Xfinity mobile and filed a claim through them, they provided me a ticket number and even gave me a date of  04/02/2026 it will be resolved. Now it’s the 16th of April and I have yet to recieve my replacement phone or got any true updates on it. I’m really considering moving phone company’s because I feel like it’s ridiculous to basically be penalize for something someone else has stolen and I never seen or had in my possession. Do anyone know another way I can get some help in this situation
