iPhone 17 Pro Stolen in Transit - Received Empty Box - Retaped pack visible in pictures of the delivery

Hello, I am seeking assistance from an Official Employee regarding a shipping theft of an iPhone 17 Pro.  

On 2/28/2026, I received a FedEx delivery for my order of an iPhone 17 Pro devices. 

I have contacted Xfinity support multiple times  without any resolution. I have already filed a police report with the El Dorado County Sheriff Department (Case #[Edited: "Personal Information"]) and have photos of the packaging and of the FedEx delivery person handing me a package that clearly had its paper tape cut and been retaped with plastic tape, I have also take the packaging and pictures to the local xfinity store for confirmation.

Since the loss happened between xfinity handing it off to fedex and it showing up to my house and also documented by the police, I am looking for a corporate resolution.
