Iphone with Xfinity Mobile service can not send and receive calls when connected to. home wifi

my personal and work phone are the same iPhone models.  my personal has the xfinity sim card, my work one does not, uses another provider.  My work phone can make and receive calls, but my personal phone cannot.  Only difference between the two is the mobile provider..  With my personal iPhone provider being xfinity.  Using online support has resulted in NO resolution and the last person left me there, just left the chat..  Is anyone else experiencing this?  My iPhone will work on every other network, but my home network.

@user_bep9ei When at home, disable Wi-Fi calling, then re-enable it. Make sure to accept the E-911 terms with provider and update your home emergency address.
