Reported to FCC. Maybe a seeking out legal assistance needs to happen, because it seems they are intentionally doing this. Acct is paid off, however, still won't unlock phone. I've been a good customer however they haven't been a good servicer. All the more reason why I decided to.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

After 5 days of no service I still am not receiving any assistance, this is really disenguous and pretty lousy treatment of your customers. If you're a customer on these posts, they dont help. This Ericb did not assist me at all. I will add this to my FCC complaint. This is unbelievable
