Locked Phone

I'm incredibly frustrated as I've paid off my phone and any remaining balance, but my Xfinity Mobile device is still locked. I need to get it unlocked ASAP as I've already ported my phone number over to a new carrier and now I'm just sitting without any kind of service. I've tried contacting Xfinity assistant and I'm just being ran around in circles.
