Lost Package And Xfinity Does Nothing To Help [Edited]

Has anyone ever ordered a new device thru Xfinity and once the package is lost, they do nothing to help you??? Its about to be a month and they do not want to give me a refund or replacement device. Is there a way to escalate this to anyone that can help me?? [Edited: All Caps]
