Lost trade in
I need someone from Xfinity to step in and actually do some work tracking down my trade in. Your tracking, your shipping label . I sent usps like you requested.
I’ve been calling monthly and now daily for 7 months.
you lost both of my trade ins. Then miraculously one appeared last month after multiple phone calls. Now you don’t want to put in effort to find the other one.
