Mishandled exchange of a cellphone account from Xfinity to a third-party contractor: Sprinklr

To Whom It May Concern:

I have received the undernoted message from your organization.  It was truly a reckless and poorly performed task that my personal "landline" number ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) could not be returned to my control as it was originally scheduled.  You received the number and the requested task from Xfinity to restore the number to my control under my "landline" assignment.  Not understanding how or why such a single task should be so thoroughly "botched" by a company that handles high-technology projects on a day-to-day basis, I must ask for assistance from other more-knowledgable resources.

This ought to be a simple, brief, and hopefully successful assignment for your company.  I am asking that my number be immediately returned to its original status as a personal "landline" outlet under my name.  Should here be an unnecessary delay in the transfer of my number to its previous "landline" status, I am prepared to present my claim to the Better Business Bureau chapter for the South Carolina region.  Of course, I would much prefer that my number be restored in a less formal and contentious process.  That is up to your group. I handed my number to Xfinity to be assigned a cell phone identity for a period of no more than a week, then returned to its "landline" status.  It was a simple and straightforward assignment, nothing fancy, nothing prolonged.

This project has not had the outcome I expected or paid for.  I haven't a clue, nor do I care to know how or why this happened in such a sub-par manner.  I just want my number returned to me, which I have had for more than 40 years.  If the desired results cannot be obtained from the local Better Business Bureau, I must then consider retaining an attorney to represent my interests in defining the sad events which led to the denial and reinstatement of the phone number to me.  Such a filing to a local Court could not be a laudable position for such two well-known companies such as Xfinity and yourself.

I hope you will see the information and the facts as I do and make expeditious restitution by way of restoring the number which I have used for more than 40 years.  A copy of this letter is being sent to Xfinity.  I hope both organizations will work to correct the mistakes made here and make my phone service "whole again" as it was intended to be.

Thank you for your attention.  I hope the solution I request will be realized in short order.  This ought to be be an easy undertaking for your company, you've had so much experience up to now.
