Missing BYOD Promotion Gift Card - Since Activati
Message:
"I am writing to resolve a missing promotional gift card for a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) line I activated more than 6 months ago.
I have met all eligibility requirements:
- I ported my number from Tello mobile.
- I have maintained the line in good standing for over 90 days.
- I have not downgraded my qualifying internet or mobile service.
The Incentive Tracker does not show my status, or it has remained stagnant beyond the 24-week fulfillment window. I would like to open an official ECM (Enterprise Case Management) Ticket to have the Incentive Department manually review my eligibility and issue the card. Please provide the ticket number for my records.
