missing phone

Dear Xfinity Support

I recently purchased a phone through Xfinity Mobile, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. When I retrieved the package that was meant to have my phone inside I was met with a Samsung box that had the seals sliced open with no phone inside. I have called support multiple times but have been given the same run around and have received none of the emails that I was told I would be receiving to fix this issue. I have only been told that there is currently a ticket for my problem but nothing has been done. I received the package October 2nd and it is now October 7th. Please reach out so I may fix this issue as soon as possible.
