Mistakes
I was helping my aunt to understand how to transfer her phone number and phone over to another service provider i wasn't paying attention to what I was doing and transfer my own number and phone over by mistake and I still owe money on my xfinity mobile phone so in that case my phone is currently shut me down completely I been with xfinity for years and I called and called to try to get it fixed they would tell me to wait 24 to 48 hours it will be back on so I did that power cycle the phone many of times but still my phone tells me emergency call only or no service provider im tired of trying to get no where can someone help me ??

We can get you connected to a mobile rep. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
