Mobile department

Their mobile department policies are absolute trash, the wait times just to be denied over the dumbest things are ridiculous, would not recommend to anyone.. this company was great years ago and now I can't stand it anymore, OUR MONTHLY BILL HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WANTING TO PURCHASE A NEW PHONE! guess I'll just cut off the plan and take my money elsewhere, willing to bet they don't sell phones because they care more about a zero balance, if your 1 day late on your bill but you need a new phone they will make you pay the bill and have no phone, they are ridiculous, DO NOT GET A MOBILE PLAN THROUGH XFINITY! IM WARNING YOU JUST DONT DO THAT TO YOURSELF
