mobile email reply

On my Samsung S24 phone, when reading an email and needing to REPLY, there is no REPLY option. Why is this happening? There is not the same issue when accessing on my laptop computer on Comcast/Xfinity emails. I just noticed this happening. Why please and can it be corrected?

jmoon291 If I were in your shoes I would be looking for help too. Our team is happy to assist you. I am glad to hear you are able to access your email via our laptop but still want to make sure you can access and reply on your phone. What app are you using for your email on your phone?

I am having the same issue. There is no reply button to reply to my xfinity e-mails. That defeats the purpose of checking e-mails while being mobile.

[Edit: Netiquette, All Caps] How many times must I say I am using the Xfinity/Comcast email. As I have done for years, both on my laptop and my mobile phone. Why is my phone Xfinity email so wonky?

jmoon291, I realize how important emails are, especially having the convenience on your phone. We do always make sure we're understanding the full scope of the issue, that way we work in the best direction for a resolution. With that in mind, I did have a few more clarifying questions before we dig into this email issue further. What browser are you using on your S24 when accessing your emails through the Xfinity site? And, are you using the same log in credentials when you're using your laptop?

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am on my mobile SAMSUNG S24, either the Verizon network, or on wifi WHEN AT HOME ON XFINITY wifi, or out ANYWHERE  with my VERIZON NETWORK. I actually found if I LEFT SWIPE and see a double box, the right side being TRASH and the left being I thin 5 bars, I CAN THEN COMPOSE A REPLY.............................BUT STILL CANNOT ADD ATTACHMENTS or WORST/BEST YET......................... NO SEND!!!!! I had to turn on my laptop, sign on in order to SEND the email I composed on my MOBILE and put in my DRAFTS!!!! 

IS THAT ENOUGH DETAIL NOW?????????????????????????// NO FREAKING SEND BUTTON ON MY MOBILE THRU ANY NETWORK!!!!!

Thank you for providing that information. In order for us to take deeper look at the issue of not seeing the reply button. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address. If you could also provide the email address being impacted that will help us figure this out.

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.

There are no buttons to reply or compose on Xfinity Mobile for Android...how do u do it?????

Great question,  when you're accessing your e-mail are you going to https://www.xfinity.com/email  or are you using our awesome xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps or are you using a third party e-mail provider or a third party app on your mobile device?
