Mobile Phone Trade In
Hi,
As instructed, I sent my trade-in phone on Monday 6th April using the Xfinity-provided shipping label, and received confirmation that it had been shipped.
However, the tracking has shown it “in transit to final destination” since 8th April, and the location it’s sitting at is less than 7 miles from the delivery address I was given. This doesn’t seem right, and I’m concerned the carrier may have misplaced it.
Can you please check on this and advise next steps?
