mobile phone upgrade issues
I have mobile by the gig with Samsung Galaxy S22. It says I am eligible for an upgrade to S25plus starting at $7.08 a month(the $41.66tmo crossed out) But when I complete the order proces my total in cart is the full amount of $41.66. I called the mobile dept and the said I would need to upgrade to Premium Unlimited for 90 days, then I can upgrade. But..they are unable to tell me what price a phone will be. This whole process is horrible and very misleading. So even though it says I am eligible for an upgrade, there is no way to get one now. I was assuming if I bump up to the Premium plan for $50 a month I could get a new S25 for $7.08 for 24 months on top of the $50. Is there an upgrade for me?
