mobile

Hello, I’m reaching out to request the cancellation of my mobile lines. I’ve had the phones for about four months, but I no longer wish to keep the service or the devices. I’ve been trying to return the phones, but I was informed that returns are no longer accepted, and I’m still expected to pay off the remaining balance. I don’t think it’s fair to continue paying for devices I’m actively trying to give back. I would appreciate it if you could work with me on a resolution that allows me to return the phones and close out the account without the full financial burden. Thank you

@sharon42972 Xfinity Mobile's return policy is 14 days after purchase. You've had the phones 4 months. I suggest you read their return policy here; https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returns-and-exchange

Thank you for reaching out to us here. We would be sorry to lose any Mobile customer, but we can answer any questions about that process from here. Xfinity Mobile customers have 14 days from the shipping or retail purchase date to, Cancel Xfinity Mobile service, return device(s), receive a refund or exchange their device for another model. Xfinity Mobile customers may cancel their lines at any time by contacting Xfinity Mobile or by porting out their phone numbers to another carrier. If a customer cancels their line without first porting out, or transferring, their phone number to another carrier, they may lose the ability to port out the phone number at a later time. There are no early termination fees (ETF) associated with canceling Xfinity Mobile service. However, outside the 14-day return period, customers are responsible for paying any service charges or device payment plan (DPP) balances remaining on their account.
