Monthly credit not posting on bill

I turned  in two phones and iPhone 15 and an iPhone 15 Pro Max and purchased an iPhone 17 and a iPhone 17 Pro Max. I was to receive a rebate totaling approximately $1950 which was spread out over the months of my term. I have not received my rebates on my bill. My bill should be approximately $120 per month. They are billing me $180 per month. Please help!

Thank you @aknomac for taking the time to visit our Xfinity Forums for help with your new mobile devices. I can definitely see how that is concerning and be frustrating. Credits begin one to two billing cycles after so this may be the case however we can still check out your individual account. To do so please send us a direct message with your full name and service address. Thank you.

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

I had a credit on my account so my bill should be $0 for a couple of months from a promotion.  Xfinity billed my credit card and took my monthly bill off of my credit.  I need to talk to someone ASAP
