My driver’s license is blocked (possibly)

I have been having an issue for hours from going to multiple stores adding mobile services. My license won’t scan in no stores. The sales agent told me my license could possibly be blocked if my license was compromised. Not to mention I left the bank that morning and never had any issue with them scanning my license. Can someone please help me???? I am worried!
