my phone won't make calls.

I switched from Verzion but my phone won't make or receive calls.

@user_bboa7x Is your phone displaying SOS mode? I would first try powering of the phone, then back on to see if that registers the device. If not, contact Xfinity Mobile support for assistance.

@DreamSayerZ​  MY PHONE SAYS NOT REGISTERED ON A NEWORK. I HAVE TO POWER OFF AND ON EVERY TIME I WANT TO MAKE A CALL. I TOOK MY PHONE TO A LOCAL XFINITY STORE AND HAD THE SIM CARD REPLACED. THAT WAS THE LAST RECOMMENDATION I GOT FROM X MOBILE SUPPORT. IT WORKED FOR MAYBE A MONTH NOW IT IS BACK TO BEING USELESS. THIS NO NETWORK PROBLEM AFFECTS INCOMMING CALLS ALSO. I SIMPLY DO NOT GET THE CALL NO RING, NO NOTHING. I'M THINKING OF PAYING OFF MY X PHONE AND GETTING ANOTHER FROM T-MOBILE.

@dadgren What is the model of the phone? Does the phone have all of the latest software updates installed? You should also reset network settings.

Did you receive a new SIM for your phone? Can you provide some additional details, such as the type of device and what troubleshooting steps you have already taken?
