Need my phone unlocked

I have paid off my Motorola g power (2022) about six months ago. I am trying to use it with a SIM card from a different carrier but when I turn it on it shows "SIM service provide unlock PIN    SIM locked for operation: SIM1" and asks for an unlock PIN. Apparently this phone was not unlocked (as it should have been). How can I get it unlocked? Thanks.
