Needing to unlock two phones
I tried to use Xfinity chat like the website said to no avail.
We have two iPhones, both active for years and paid off with bills paid in full up to date. Neither reported stolen, fraud, etc. The automatic unlocking has never occurred.
Thanks,
Alex

Good morning @user_qu2997, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity Forums with your issue, I hope you are having a good day. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with getting your phones unlocked. Usually once a phone is paid in full it is unlocked automatically and can be verified by going to Settings > General > About. If "No SIM restrictions" appears next to Carrier Lock, your iPhone is unlocked. You have reached the right team that can check on the phones for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a direct message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
