New Devices

We have had your internet, phone & security cameras for 4 months and we brought our own devices to you. We would like to get new iPhone 16's but keep being told we are not eligible. Needless to say I am very frustrated with this and the customer care people have no clue, one of them told me I needed to call Transunion to have them update my credit score......what??

Hi user_lz0vuq, the iPhone 16 looks incredible, so I get why you're looking to upgrade. Let's get on the same page with a couple of questions, and then we can dive in. Were you looking to trade in devices as well? Also, were you looking to use a Device Payment Plan for the new phones?
