No SIM card no service

I was going to transition to xfinity mobile. I was told my service wouldn’t be interrupted and wouldn’t be charged until I received the new SIM cards and activated them. The SIM cards never came and now I am out of the country with no SIM cards and no cell service. What do I do now?
