I understand how frustrating it is to be in the middle of a transfer and lose access to your text messages just when you need a new PIN. Because the transfer PIN is normally sent via SMS for security, not having a working device makes this a bit tricky @user_abts1j.
Please visit your nearest Xfinity Store. This is the most reliable way when your phone isn't working. A representative can verify your identity with a government-issued ID and provide the transfer PIN directly to you.

I have been trying for the last three days to get a transfer code which is sent via messages. The reason I’m trying to leave is I can’t message with Android phones. As the only method they have is via messenger, which thanks to Xfinity no longer works. I’ve talked to at least 15 agents who all assured me they were sorry about my situation and they are the exact person I need. At least they all learned their corporate communication protocols. Unfortunately that’s as far as it goes. They’re sorry and leave you exactly where you started but you’ve wasted at least a day for no results.

I have the same problem. requested transfer pin 4 times through app, mobile browser, desktop browser, went to a physical store and they had me talk to someone over videochat to fix this and still no pin number. called customer support, they said nothing they can do and wait 14 days for a ticket to be responded to. so what next???? looks like i'll just have to stay on xfinity wireless forever? FCC has rules about not porting numbers over. I'll contact them next and see where that goes
