Number porting
Literally the worst customer service xfinity mobile. You guys need to figure out a porting team that can do their job. Maybe when a customer has an issue make it so they can speak to the same person. Over the last year I have spoken with at least 50 different people and been on the phone for 30 plus hours. Your communication process/ complaints and technical support are the worst
