order cancellation and refund

hello i ordered a galaxy fold 7 , and there was a issue with address and the phone been returned to xfinity  2 days ago. when i will receive my refund and order cancellation still waiting order no [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Still no refund and iam getting billed for a service and phone i do not have and i cabnot make a New order because balance not replinished . Called and visted store many times still no solution . Worst customer service ever
