Package received from fedex empty

Ordered iPhone 14 purple 2/9/25. Package arrived 2/12/25 empty. Xfinity said make police report, police said call fedex because nobody stole it off my porch, the crime wasn’t in their jurisdiction that they know of, fedex said xfinity the sender has to make a claim, xfinity said they can’t make a claim without a police report. Police said they’d write a report. I have to go pick up the report and still waiting on the email from xfinity to submit evidence. This is truly wild as I am reading this is a very common thing with xfinity. I’ve been a customer for almost 5 years with tv and internet and I’m highly disappointed this is happening when I finally try to start the mobile service. My current phone is on its last leg, I’m already being billed for a phone that I do not have. I don’t know what else I can possibly do to have this resolved. Please help.

Lynnciera88 Good morning! We appreciate you reaching out to our Xfinity Community Forums Team, and sharing your experience. This is not an ideal experience for our customers. I'd like to help you get this ironed out today, and provide some next best steps. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, service address, and numbers associated with your account?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
